To make your stay as effortless as possible, we’ve gathered all the essential details for you here.
Checking in and out
Your apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate your room by 10am on the day of departure.
To help ensure a seamless arrival, we kindly request that you send us a brief email a few days in advance with your estimated arrival time, the exact number of guests, and the number of vehicles, as parking is limited.
Please let us know if you are likely to arrive after 8pm. Please be aware that the room rate for the booked days will still apply in the event of late arrival or early departure. We’re excited to welcome you and wish you a smooth and pleasant journey!
Arriving & parking spaces
Our garage (maximum height 2.30m) is situated within the building, allowing you to park your vehicle safely and conveniently at any time. Although our aparthotel is situated in the pedestrian zone, access is naturally permitted. As our paid parking spaces are limited, we kindly request that you specify the number of vehicles that will be brought by your party when you make your booking.
Reception
Cleaning
Your apartment will be freshly prepared for your arrival, complete with bed linen, towels and tea towels – all included in the price. During your stay, you’ll enjoy complete privacy, as no cleaning will take place. Your towels will be replaced once during your stay at no cost, and rubbish will be collected for disposal. If you’d like fresh towels daily, we’ll gladly replace them at no extra cost. If you’d like a mid-stay cleaning or a change of bed linen, we’re happy to provide this service for an additional fee. This request should be made prior to arrival.
Breakfast
An à la carte breakfast at our partner restaurant within the hotel is available to book for an additional charge. Indulge in a delightful breakfast experience and begin your day in a truly relaxing way.
Sauna
Our small but might sauna is open daily from 4.30 – 7.30 p.m.
Ski storage room
Our ski storage room, equipped with secure lockers and heated boot dryers, will be accessible to you at all times.

Accident insurance
Mountain Rescue Tirol provides worldwide coverage for you, your partner and children up to the age of 18, ensuring rescue support in the event of mountain and water emergencies for one year. You can find more detailed information here.
Cancellation
Cancellations are only valid when made in writing.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Free cancellation up to 42 days before arrival.
- From 30 to 42 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 40% of the total price.
- From 7 to 30 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 70% of the total price.
- From less than 7 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 90% of the total price.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Advance payment
To secure your booking, an immediate deposit paid to our bank account is required. This transaction is free of charge for the recipient, and the payment must be received in our account within seven days of booking. To ensure proper allocation of your deposit, please include your name, room number, and booking period in the payment reference.

Payment and hotel bill
Invoices can be settled using cash in euros, Visa, Mastercard, or an EC card.
